Generalforsamling for Jåsund Velforening: Melde inn saker
Årets generalforsamling er planlagt avholdt onsdag 26. april 2017 på Haga skole.
Forslag til saker sendes Styret innen mandag 20. mars kl12.

Innkalling med saksliste til generalforsamling blir sendt ut 2 uker før generalforsamling finner sted. Det kan ikke fattes beslutninger i andre saker enn de som står på møtets saksliste.
For å få en velfungerende Velforening er vi avhengig av at beboerne engasjerer seg, det er derfor viktig at flest mulig deltar på årets generalforsamling. Vi ser fram til godt oppmøte.

Annual General Meeting of Jåsund Residents Association: Submit issues
The Board hereby advise that the Annual General Meeting is planned for Wednesday 26th April 2017, at Haga School.
As such residents must submit any issues they wish to have covered at the meeting by Monday 20th March, 12pm.

The invitation to the AGM will be sent out 2 weeks prior to the meeting and will contain the agenda items for the meeting. Decisions cannot be made on any cases/issues which are not listed in the agenda.
To ensure a well-functioning Residents Association we depend upon the engagement of the residents. It is therefore important that as many people as possible participate in the Annual General Meeting. We look forward to a good turnout. The meeting will be conducted in Norwegian.
